Castizo Latino
Located in the heart of the Justicia neighbourhood, this home embodies the essence of the “Castizo Latino” style: a contemporary interpretation of the city’s classical architecture that resonates with a global, cosmopolitan lifestyle.
The project emerges from the meeting of tradition and modernity, thoughtfully designed both in spatial and emotional dimensions to shape the experience of living in the house.
The spatial composition unfolds in three dimensions, where every element—from ceilings to custom joinery—participates in a constructive and sensory narrative.
Wood and curving forms act as a guiding thread, present throughout the visual and functional journey, while lighting has been carefully designed to highlight the art collection that fills every corner.
The project proposes a fluid relationship between day and night areas, where the curved joinery acts as a language that guides and connects, inviting exploration through continuous visual flow. This organic line not only organizes the interior movement but also reflects the personality of the inhabitants: a balance between sophistication and warmth, respect for history, and a desire to live within a contemporary aesthetic.
Every material—noble wood, meticulous finishes, curated art, and strategic lighting—has been chosen to enhance the unique character of the home, transforming it into a place where life, art, and design converge seamlessly.
